4 Step Approach: Right, left, right, left. Think about your forward momentum, once you close your last step that energy continues upward as your arms swing up to carry you high above the net. your last step should be behind the ball not under it. Reach for the ball, hit high.

SERVE

Left leg forward, toss the ball up with your right hand, about 3 feet up. The ball should land right in front of your right toe. Elbow high and bent, palm of hand facing toward side wall. Toss the ball just high enough out of reach, hit it hard to bounce off palm of hand, elbow straight.
